File Upload

Important: File(s) uploaded without your company name may be deleted. You Must attach your order number to your File(s) upload in order for the team to receive and review. 

1. Submit your graphic artwork AFTER you place your order. Failing to do so may result in file(s) being deleted and will need to be reuploaded.  
2. Place all files in one folder, name the folder with your company name, and zip/compress it. If you are a designer submitting artwork for your client, name the zip file with your client’s company name.
3. Label with Order Number Attached. 

Required Graphic File Format

Please submit your artwork to meet the following requirements. Failure to do so will result in delays and/or extra graphic service charges.

Format: .PDF "Layers Attached"
Resolution: 150dpi or 150ppi
Color: CMYK,  NO US Web Coated (SWOP) v2
Size: 100% Final Print Size (no bleed)

We will do our best to review your files and notify you when there is a problem. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your artwork is free of grammatical/graphic or design errors. UNLESS YOU EXPRESSLY NOTIFY US THAT THE FILE IS NOT FINAL WHEN YOU UPLOAD OR WE NEED TO EDIT YOUR ARTWORK, WE WILL PRINT YOUR DISPLAY AS-IS WITHOUT SENDING YOU A PROOF FOR APPROVAL.
